I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.  I am also your typical busy mom and wife in her late 40's trying to figure out how to keep it all together (did I mention a HOT MESS). It doesn't matter if it's your first step toward a healthier lifestyle, tenth time trying, or an experienced gym rat, I will be the support you need to take the next step in your personal journey. I will build your customized home or gym workouts based on your fitness and health goals. You will be easily able to track your nutrition with your personalized macro and calorie count that I will create for you.
